Ordinarily we do not charge a fee for Mortgage Advice and will receive Commission from the Mortgage Lender. In some cases we might need to charge a fee in addition to the commission we will receive if your requirements are complex and additional work and research is necessary, usually this no more than £199.00.

Most of our clients are happy to work on the above basis however a small number of clients prefer to pay a fee for example, £250.00 payable on application and 1% of the loan amount payable on completion of the loan. Therefore for a loan of £100,000.00 the total fee payable would be £1,250.00 - £250.00 payable on application and £1,000.00 payable on completion - We will refund any commission received from the lender.

Either way we will fully disclose the amount of commission we receive from the Mortgage Lender in an open and transparent manner and confirm if any fee applies before any commitment is made by yourself so you know exactly where you stand.

For Insurance advice we are paid commission from the Insurance Company therefore do not usually charge a fee.
